Each year, the Syracuse Orange Men’s Soccer team plays out their spring season, as a means to warm up the squad. They play a few matches with local and regional competition in order to get a gauge on the team for the upcoming season, as well as keep the players match fit.
For the past four seasons, this spring season has culminated in the Syracuse Men’s Soccer Social and Benefit Auction. The Social is a get together for all those associated and supporting the Syracuse Men’s Soccer program and is a solid meet and greet every spring.
This year, the event will be at the Oncenter on Friday, April 28 at 6:30pm. The event is always used as a fundraiser for the soccer program, though this year, it is specifically targeting raising funds for the anticipated tour of Spain for the spring season in 2018.

The list of items up for auction is pretty broad. Everything from travel packages to autographs from Syracuse alumni (Dave Bing, Floyd Little, Jim Boeheim) and coaches (Dino Babers, Quentin Hillsman, John Desko), and the usual memorabilia and some of the other items mentioned in the video below. Along with the auction, there will also be a raffle and balloon prizes.
