Three Syracuse basketball players named to All-ACC Academic team

Nice accomplishment for these three.

On Wednesday, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced its All-Academic team.

Syracuse University had three players earn the honor of being named to the All-ACC Academic team: Tyus Battle, Tyler Lydon and Andrew White.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.

The All-ACC Academic Team includes four of the league's top 20 scorers – Syracuse grad student Andrew White III, Georgia Tech freshman Josh Okogie, Miami's Reed and Duke junior Grayson Allen. It also features the league's sixth leading rebounder in Syracuse sophomore Tyler Lydon.
