Despite the disappointment of missing the NCAA Tournament, the Syracuse Orange (18-14, 10-8) still have games to play in the NIT. Their first opponent is the UNC-Greensboro Spartans (25-9, 14-4), who they were supposed to take on yesterday until a snowstorm derailed that plan. UNCG coach Wes Miller clowned himself on Twitter when the announcement was made, further complicating this non-rivalry.
So now we tip off this evening instead. The game starts at 7 p.m. ET at the Carrier Dome -- get there safe, CNY residents (if you plan on going). If you're watching from home, it'll be on ESPN2.
