Tuesday’s matchup between the Syracuse Orange and the UNC-Greensboro Spartans has been postponed to Wednesday night.
Evan Daniels of Scout.com first reported the news, which was confirmed by Syracuse Athletics later in the afternoon.
The NCAA approved postponing the Syracuse/UNC-Greensboro NIT game, per source. Game set for tomorrow at 7:00 ET.

So, as you all know, Syracuse got absolutely crush with snow on Tuesday, and it will go into Wednesday as well.
But don’t tell Wes Miller that — he and his guys are TOUGH. The snow doesn’t get to them!! They’ll COMPETE anytime, anyplace!
Disappointed! Would have helped to know this earlier today. We've got TOUGH guys. They'll COMPETE when they get an opportunity!!

So, coach, are you disappointed that NCAA officials finally got something right and didn’t put thousands of lives in danger for a basketball game — and some would argue a meaningless game at that?
I can’t say for certain if he was directly taking a shot at the Syracuse team by pointing out he has TOUGH guys, but there was a state of emergency for gods sake.
Who are you trying to impress?
I’ll be honest — I didn’t really care about the whole Syracuse-UNCG matchup like some did. I thought it was funny, but who really cares, right? It’s still the NIT, it really doesn’t mean much win or lose and it’s still a letdown not to be in the NCAAs.
But how exactly would this have helped to know earlier in the day? Wes tweeted about it at 2:35 p.m. ET, and Evan Daniels reported it around 2 p.m. ET. Are those 35 minutes going to make-or-break your preparation for an NIT game?
But again, it goes back to the narrative that everyone’s out to get Greensboro.
Remember, this UNC-Greensboro team is TOUGH and can COMPETE anywhere! They’re just going to bitch about it first on Twitter.
