Highlights:
Player outlook: Cisco arrives at a position of need (safety) after playing against some of the nation’s top talent at IMG Academy in South Florida. He has speed, coverage ability and a propensity to shut down bigger passing plays. Those have been a problem for the Orange secondary of late, so any help is welcome.
Thought the offseason’s transfers started to sort through the collection of players at safety right now, there are still quite a few on the roster. Dino’s likely to give first crack at the starting roles to veterans like Antwan Cordy and Rodney Williams (along with others). But 2019 could see a very open competition with Cisco and a long list of additional names involved.
