The Syracuse Orange will be adding new football recruits throughout the early signing period, this Wednesday through Friday. As each player signs, we’ll be posting profiles here on TNIAAM. Next up? Pennsylvania wideout Cooper Lutz.

Highlights:
Player breakdown: A speedy receiver, he should fit in well with the Orange’s up-tempo offense. He has the ability to play multiple receiver positions, whether that be slot or outside. But, considering Syracuse’s receiver set up the previous few years, he should be expected to play mainly in the slot. Yet, since he played wing-back and safety in high school, his route running, ability to beat press coverages, and overall receiver save is unknown. Most likely, he is a non-factor for at least his first year (as is typical for many recruits).
