The Syracuse Orange injury report arrived late on Thursday, and it featured a few notable changes -- especially on the defensive side.
After missing the Miami game, Kendall Coleman has been up graded to probable for Saturday’s game vs. the Florida State Seminoles. FSU quarterback Josh Blackman has struggled against pressure of the edge this season, so having Coleman back will be a welcome addition.
Jake Pickard is once again on the injury report and now officially out. He’s missed the majority of the season with a lower body injury and Josh Black has maintained his status as doubtful from two weeks ago. Despite the injuries the defensive line has played reasonably well without the depth. Alton Robinson has led the way on the edge, while Chris Slayton has provided a considerable push inside.

Another highlight for this injury report: Cornerback Scoop Bradshaw is probable to return. He’s missed the last few games with an arm injury.
Also of note, Jordan Martin and Antwan Cordy were announced out for the season earlier this week. Martin played sparingly on special teams with a club over his left hand over the last couple of games but has now been shut down. In his place, Rodney Williams has filled in reasonably well.
