Win one for the Dino?

NCAA Football: Virginia Tech at Syracuse Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

The Syracuse Orange (4-6, 2-4) face the Louisville Cardinals (6-4, 3-4) in a must-win for the Orange if they want to keep bowl hopes alive. We’ve said that for weeks now, but now it’s mathematically true. If SU falls to the Cards, they won’t make the postseason.

This game will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET today on ESPNU (or WatchESPN) from Papa John’s Stadium (THE CHEESE DOME!) in Louisville. Eric Dungey remains a game-time decision, but Dontae Strickland is out today. That’s not good. The weather’s also projected to be poor. That... may actually be alright for Syracuse.

Before we jump in, here’s some last-minute reading for you about the matchup:

Leave your pre- and in-game comments here. We’ll have a second half (combo with basketball) thread as well to help deal with potential lag. Also, please avoid all non-dancing Floyd or Grape Soda Dungey gifs.

G’ORANGE!
