Out of sight out of mind. Whichever coach liked the Syracuse Orange last week must have forgotten about Dino Babers and the gang. So no votes for SU, but here is what everyone they will see/have seen did:

(AP/Coaches)

No. 6/No. 5 Clemson Tigers

Clemson struggled early against Georgia Tech but pulled through with a 24-10 win. With Penn State losing to Ohio State, the Tigers climbed up a spot in the AP and two in the Coaches Poll.

No. 9/No. 6 Miami Hurricanes

A less than impressive win over UNC didn’t do much for the ‘Canes. They are still undefeated and moved up two spots in the eyes of Coaches, AP was not so nice and dropped them one.

No. 19/No. 20 LSU Tigers

Geaux-ing up. LSU is trying to crawl back into a relevant place in college football. They took down Ole Miss 40-24. Next week they have (No. 1/No. 1) ‘Bama... and you can bet the Tigers are not counting themselves out.

No. 20/No. 19 N.C. State Wolfpack

Down they go. NC State was climbing every week all year long, but their loss to (No. 5/No. 8) Notre Dame showed they are not quite the top 15 team they hoped to be. The Pack fell in both polls and face Clemson at home on Saturday.
