Syracuse Orange football coach Dino Babers will appear on ESPN’s “Coaches Film Room” for the College Football Playoff National Championship on Jan. 9, ESPN announced on Thursday.
Babers will join Western Michigan coach P.J. Fleck, Colorado coach Mike MacIntyre, Baylor coach Matt Rhule and former Oregon coach Mark Helfrich on the program. ESPN college football analyst, and former NFL quarterback, Brian Griese will also appear on-air and provide his thoughts.
The coaches, along with Griese, will provide expert in-depth analysis while watching the game together in a film room equipped with multiple camera angles, clicker technology and telestration (drawing sketches on-screen).
“Coaches Film Room” is set to air on ESPNEWS starting at 8 p.m. ET. This year’s College Football Playoff National Championship is a rematch of last season’s matchup, pitting undefeated Alabama (14-0) against Heisman finalist Deshaun Watson and Clemson (13-1).
Clemson defeated Syracuse earlier this season by a score of 54-0.
