Player Breakdown:
Syracuse’s offensive line last season was decimated by injuries and failed to keep starting quarterback Eric Dungey healthy for the second straight year. While it’s unlikely Davis sees much – if any – playing time, he could potentially develop into a key contributor down the road.
Davis is rated three stars and the No. 169 offensive tackle in the Class of 2017 by 247Sports. Davis is one of two offensive lineman prospects in Syracuse’s 2017 recruiting class. He is joined by thee-star offensive tackle Dakota Davis.
