Syracuse basketball recruiting: Orange extend three offers after elite camp

A bunch of 2018/2019 recruits who visited SU this weekend came away with offers

Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

While the big news of the weekend was the arrival of Andrew White III, there were plenty other basketball players in town considering whether or not they might want to become members of the Syracuse Orange basketball team one day. While lots of 2018 and 2019 recruits were at SU this weekend for the annual Elite camp, only a few new offers were handed out.

Moore is a 6-foot-6 wing who plays for Archbishop Molloy as well as the NY Rens AAU squad. He's got offers from Rutgers, Seton Hall, and Miami.

The 6-foor-4 Carmody has a ton of offers, including Notre Dame, Pitt, Purdue, and Xavier. He's got some serious potential to be SU's next great shooter.

Coach Hop has had his eye on this 6-foot-7 Upstater. He's known for putting up huge numbers and has a lot of other programs keeping an eye on him as well. He has offers from Saint Louis, Wake Forest and Tennessee.

Meanwhile, Class of 2018 four-star small forward Cole Swider didn't receive an offer but he told CuseBlog that he had a good time and was invited to come back for an unofficial.
