WIth the 2016 football season rapidly approaching, it's a little late in the game for the Syracuse Orange to be adding to the roster but extra depth is always useful. That's what the Orange got with 2016 WR walk-on Kerrick Hahn, a former Michigan commit (as a preferred walk-on... that term sounds familiar). Stephen Bailey reported Hahn's addition to the roster on Wednesday.
Hahn comes to Syracuse via IMG Academy, the prep school for good football recruits in Florida. Kerrick is 5-foot-9 and 164 pounds and since Syracuse does seem to love adding wide receivers, I'm sure the added depth at the position is welcome.
Here's his highlight video below. He does a good job of getting behind the defense and committing to his routes. His particularly successful over the middle.
