Name: Taylor Hindy

Position: Offensive Line

Year: (Redshirt) Senior

Height: 6'4''

Weight: 318

Hometown: West Hills, Calif.

High School: Chaminade Prep

2015 Stats: Played three snaps at center in his SU debut vs. Florida State

2016 Projections: Hindy is listed as the second center on the post-spring depth chart behind redshirt senior Jason Emerich. Hindy will have to fight for playing time but you never know what will happen with injuries.

How'd He Get Here?: After playing for Chaminade Prep, Hindy committed to the University of Washington. He redshirted his first year and saw minimal playing time in his second. He transferred to play for the Syracuse Orange prior to the 2014 season, which he sat out due to NCAA transfer rules.

What'd Recruiting Sites Say?: Rivals gave him 2 stars, and ESPN did not give him a rating.

Money Quote: In a 2012 interview with dawgman.com, Hindy was asked what food he will miss the most at college. "My parents both cook a lot. For my dad, it would be his italian food. It's always good. But if you're asking me what I will miss the most, it would definitely be my mom's carrot cake. It just doesn't compare to anyone else's. It's just great. You'd have to taste it to understand."

Twitterfeed: @TayHindz, but it's private.

Tweets of Wonder:

What Does Babers Think of Him?: Dino has not commented publicly on Hindy yet. We wait.

Interesting Nugget O'Interest: Hindy's sister Ashley also attended SU.
