The New Jersey native got a taste of the Carrier Dome in the NCAA Tournament's Round of 64 last year. Soon, she'll be calling it 'Dome Sweet Dome'.

Florida Gators guard Isis Young is transferring to Syracuse University, per a NYG Hoops Report.

The 5-foot-7 New Jersey native redshirted her freshman year with the Gators to rehab a torn ACL. This past season, her redshirt freshman year, Young averaged 2.1 points in 15 games played, all of them coming off the bench.

Young will have to sit out the 2016-17 season, and she'll have two years of eligibility remaining after that. She was ranked the No. 10 guard in the country by HoopGurlz coming out of high school.

Young is the second transfer Syracuse has added this offseason. Less than two weeks ago, the Orange added Wagner guard Jasmine Nwajei as a transfer, who led the nation is scoring last season.

The two transfers will be important pieces for Coach Quentin Hillsman, who will lose starters Alexis Peterson, Brittney Sykes, and Isabella Slim after the 2016-17 season.

Syracuse is coming off their best season in program history, making it to the national championship game before losing to the unstoppable force that is UCONN women's basketball.
