Hey, do you remember Carmelo Anthony? Of course you do! Well since you remember Melo, it's worth noting that he was just on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon two nights ago. He made his appearance on the show by coming out to Ghost Town DJs' "My Boo" and doing his best running man challenge. His running man was kindof meh, but don't take my word for it. See for yourself below.

I mean, talk about a lackluster effort. What does he think he's doing, playing defense!? Who is he trying to be, Jim Boeheim throwing out the first pitch? That sort of effort won't fly, Melo. This is Thee Tonight Show. You can't come in that unprepared. Not only that, but he gives up halfway through the performance. Unacceptable.

On a more serious note, Melo sat down with Fallon and Fallon had some nice things to say about his son. At least we know Carmelo is a good parent. Melo also touched on his cameo in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie as well. You can see how the conversation unfolded below.

And hey, at the end of the day, we're just happy Fallon is a Syracuse fan.
