How To Get NCAA Tournament Tickets if Syracuse WBB Hosts Games

If they're a four-seed, Syracuse will host a pod of NCAA Tournament games for the first time. Here's how to buy tickets.

Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports

Hate to say it but one of the most anticipated parts of seeing Syracuse Orange women's basketball's rise to power is the realization that they might actually host a pod in the 2016 NCAA Tournament this year, answering the question once and for all of how many people will attend a Syracuse game.

We'll find out for sure if Syracuse receives a four-seed and therefore hosts a first & second round pod on Monday, March 14 at 7 p.m.  The selection show will be shown on ESPN. The dates for the first and second round are March 18 & 20 or March 19 & 21.

So you might be wondering, if this happens, how can I get tickets? Well there's a couple ways.

If you're a season ticket holder, which I'm guessing you're not, you'll be able to buy tickets through a reserved seating system on March 14 and 8 p.m.

If you're a Syracuse Athletics donor or season ticket holder for men's hoops, football, men's lacrosse or purchased group tickets for women's basketball this season, you can purchase tickets as of Monday, March 14 at 10 p.m. You'll get an email from the Carrier Dome with the details.

The general public will be able to buy tickets on Tuesday, March 15 at 11 a.m.

If you want tickets for all three games, it'll cost you $30 for adults and $15 for kids, college students or senior citizens. If you just want tickets just for Syracuse's round one game, that'll be $10/8. If you want to buy tickets for the Round 2 game, that's $15/10.
