The Syracuse Orange women's basketball team is in the midst of what could end up as their best season ever. Before the NCAA Tournament gets here, the ACC coaches submitted their votes for the All-ACC Teams and a couple Orange ended up on the list.

Junior guard Alexis Peterson was named to the All-ACC First Team as she led the team with 14.9 PPG and 4.8 APG. She was also named to the All-ACC Defensive Team. She set a Syracuse single-game record for steals (10) earlier this season. Peterson was named to the All-ACC Second Team last season.

Senior guard Brianna Butler was named to the All-ACC Second Team. The team's second-leading scorer (13.8 PPG) leads all active players nationally in career 3-point field goals made (309) and is Syracuse’s all-time leader in career 3-point field goals made. She's also third in Orange history in career free throw percentage (.796) and fourth in career starts (117).

Junior center Briana Day was also named to the All-ACC Defensive Team alongside Peterson. The team-leader with 7.6 RPG, Day averaged 2.2 blocks per contest as well. She's third in Orange history in career free throw percentage (.796) and fourth in career starts.
