The Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association postseason awards are in a few Syracuse players are noted.

Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

The Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association (ACSMA) announced their postseason basketball awards and all-conference team on Sunday and there's a few Syracuse Orange peppered in there.

Michael Gbinije was named to the All-ACC Second Team and received the 7th-most votes overall. The grad student was also named the All-ACC Defensive Team. He recieved one vote in All-ACC Defensive Player of the Year voting (thanks, Phantom Syracuse-Based Writer), which went to Virginia's Malcolm Brogdon.

Malachi Richardson shows up in ACC Freshman of th Year voting with one vote (thanks, Phantom Syracuse-Based Writer).

Tyler Lydon ended up receiving six votes in ACC Sixth Man of the Year voting. That award went to UNC's Isaiah Hicks.

Malcolm Brogdon was named ACC Player of the Year as well as getting the Defensive nod. Duke's Brandon Ingram was named Freshman of the Year. Miami's Jim Larrañaga just barely beat out Virginia Tech's Buzz Williams for Coach of the Year.

Check out the full awards here. Do you see any Syracuse snubs? Did Gbinije deserve to be 1st-team given how much he's mattered to SU? Did Trevor Cooney deserve a 3rd-team nod? I don't have too many issues with the way things ended up, all things considered.
