The Syracuse Orange women's team has done everything they needed to do to control their own destiny, at least when it comes to getting to the Sweet Sixteen for the first time. They had a fantastic season, they turned heads in the ACC Tournament, they earned a high-enough seed to host the first two rounds and they took care of business in the first game.

Now the only thing standing between them and their latest accomplishment are the Albany Great Danes.

The two teams will meet in the Carrier Dome today at noon to determine who moves on to Sioux Falls. The game will be televised on ESPN2.

Albany is known for their zone defense and Coach Q has made it known that he's willing to shoot the lights out from three-point range all day if needed.

Albany has some decent scoring threats of their own and should not be overlooked.
