Player Breakdown: Culpepper is a very big quarterback and in strong in the pocket. His strong arm allows for him to make some throws that other quarterbacks would not be able to make. Culpepper is not considered to be a mobile quarterback, but he does have the ability to scramble in the pocket and extend plays. The early enrollee is eager to learn Dino Babers offense which will require a lot of processing and discipline out of the quarterback. Rex will need to make better decisions at the college level. His arm strength allowed for him to make some throws in high school that he won't be able to make in college.
Welcome to Syracuse, Rex!
