Amba Etta-Tawo probably had a vision for how his 2016 season with the Syracuse Orange would go. One wonders if this is what he saw coming.
In nine games, the grad transfer has blown up the Syracuse receiving record books, surpassed Marvin Harrison's yardage record (1,131) and Alec Lemon's single-season catch standard (72) last week in the Clemson loss. He’s also currently Top 10 in the nation in receiving yards (1,158), receiving YPG (128.7) and receptions per game (8.3).
As such, Etta-Tawo has officially received an invitation to participate in the 68th Reese's Senior Bowl. That makes him the 57th Syracuse player to be invited to what is annually one of the best places to showcase your wares for the NFL. Riley Dixon attended the game last year for the Orange.
The game is scheduled for Saturday, Jan 28 at 2:30 p.m. at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, AL and will be televised on the NFL Network.
