Syracuse Basketball Recruiting: Moyer and Battle Nominated for McDonalds's All-America Game

Syracuse basketball 2016 signees Matthew Moyer and Tyus Battle have both been nominated for the 2016 McDonald's All-America Game.

Syracuse Orange commits Matthew Moyer and Tyus Battle have both been nominated for the 2016 McDonald's All-America Game.

The McDonald's All-America Game is the most prestigious high school basketball game of the year. It always features the countries best talent and it is a great honor for both Moyer and Battle to be nominated to participate in the game.

Many current and former Orange players have played in the McDonald's All-America Game. The current members of the Orange that played in the game are Malachi Richardson and DaJuan Coleman. Former Orange players that played in the game include Rakeem Christmas, Michael Carter-Williams, Carmelo Anthony, among others.

The game is set to tip off at 8 p.m. on March 30 and it will be broadcasted live on ESPN. Another 2016 target, Taurean Thompson, was also nominated to play in the game.
