NFL Draft Folks Have Finally Discovered Syracuse Punter & Great Human Riley Dixon

Riley Dixon is the greatest football player in the history of the Syracuse Orange program.

I think we can all agree on that.

Sadly, those outside of the community (except for the LSU Tigers) aren't quite up to speed on the greatness that our perpetual Heisman hopeful possesses. Dixon has been spending a lot of time in front of NFL writers and NFL scouts as he prepares for the Senior Bowl and eventually the NFL Combine. And those people have taken notice of what we've known all along...

Add Mel Kiper Jr. to the list of Riley Lovers as the draft guru has put Riley at No. 2 on his punter draft board and No. 4 among kick specialists. Not sure who he could have ranked ahead of Dixon but we assume it's only because he hasn't actually stood in Riley's presence yet. Once he feels the awesome power of Dixonmania, he'll move him to No. 1.
