Isaiah Stewart is a 6-foot 7 freshman forward at McQuaid Jesuit in Rochester. He has been putting up some incredible numbers recently and is now beginning to draw interest from the Syracuse Orange.

Stewart is sure to get attention from the Orange when he is putting up those numbers as a freshman. The Syracuse-Rochester connection has always been good to the Orange as they have gotten former players John Wallace, Ryan Blackwell, Marty Byrnes and Roosevelt Bouie amongst others from the Rochester area.
Stewart has a long way to go in deciding where he will be attending college, but expect Syracuse to be there every step of the way. If Stewart decides to stay in Rochester for his whole high school career it would bode well for the Orange. Former Rochester target Thomas Bryant transferred high school to Huntington Prep in West Virginia, and he committed to Indiana over Syracuse. Keeping Stewart in Rochester would be a huge advantage.
Stewart already is 6-foot 7 and is likely still growing, he will need to continue adding weight and muscle to his frame, which would only give more of an advantage to an already dominant high school freshman.
