The Syracuse Orange (10-7, 0-4) take on the Boston College Eagles (7-8) (0-2) at the Carrier Dome tonight at 7 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3, or (potentially) an RSN near you.
This probably isn't how you saw things shaking out heading into this game. The Orange are losers of four straight contests and very much fighting for their lives in terms of staying in the NCAA Tournament conversation. Boston College, while struggling as well, are just a win away from getting out of the ACC basement -- something that should terrify any and all Syracuse fans at the moment.
Prior to tip-off, be sure to catch up on requisite reading for this big matchup between BC and SU:
- The TNIAAM staff provides predictions on what happens tonight (and you hopefully voted in the poll as well)
- Andrew Carey tells you why Tyler Lydon's such an X-factor for the Orange
- Michael conducts a friendly Q&A with BC Interruption
- ... and he also answers questions over there
- Late-game struggles have become a hallmark of this year's SU squad
- And the defense can't seem to hold it down around the rim at all
- Oh, and I remind you just how rare a 10-7 start is for Syracuse... sorry
