The Syracuse Orange Basketball Team had photo day inside of the Carmelo K Anthony Basketball Center today. The photos used in today's shoot will be used for the official roster on Cuse.com. During the shoot, we got a sneak peak at Michael Gbinije -- recently back in the States from his Olympic qualifying event, Afrobasket -- donning the jersey that will be worn this season.

The jerseys are slightly different than those of last season. See below.

There's no platinum on the new jerseys (left) and what was platinum on the old jerseys (right) has been replaced by orange. The orange collar has also been eliminated in favor of what looks like a wider neck at the top.
These jerseys are a slight variation from what the team wore towards the end of last season against Virginia.
All in all, the new jerseys look quite similar but give off a cleaner look. What do you think, Orange Nation? Leave your thoughts in the comment section below.
ED. UPDATE (7:30 p.m. ET): These might be the back of those. If so... that's not nearly as exciting as the front look.
