Former Syracuse Orange basketball player Terrence Roberts posted a pair of tweets on Monday that caused a ripple through Cuse Nation. We wondered what exactly was happening regarding Dwayne 'Pearl' Washington.

Bud Poliquin is now reporting that Pearl has been admitted to a Syracuse-area hospital and will undergo brain surgery on Thursday. Bud notes that Washington suffered a seizure twenty years ago and was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
