Tyus Battle has decided to finish out his high school basketball career at St. Joseph's Metuchen in New Jersey. The decision will allow the Syracuse Orange basketball commit to play alongside his brother, Khalif Battle. Khalif is considered to be one of the best incoming freshmen in the country.
Tyus almost started his high school career at St. Joe's before ultimately deciding to play at Gill St. Bernard's. During his first three years of high school, Tyus garnered a great deal of attention from the most elite Division I programs. The two Battles will join Breein Tyree, a 2016 guard who holds offers from Creighton, Iowa State and USC, to name a few.
St. Joseph's is the former high school of Karl Anthony-Towns; The first overall pick in this summer's NBA Draft welcomed Battle over the weekend.
