UPDATE: So it looks like we've got a case of a recruit committing to a school before checking to make sure his offer still stood.
Nothing confirmed with 3* S Devon Clarke. Sources are saying the staff hasn't been in contact in weeks. Sorry for the confusion.

Doesn’t appear to be any acknowledgement from Syracuse coaches or from Scout of commit Devon Clarke. Interesting.

Out of the big-time Osceola High School program in Kissimmee, FL, Clarke is rated three stars by Scout, 24/7 and Rivals.
The 6-foot-2, 183-pounder originally committed to play for the Oregon State Beavers in March but decommited at the beginning of June, opening up his visits to Syracuse, South Florida and Bowling Green. SU's offer after his commitment to Oregon State apparently helped spur on the change of heart. He also had offers from Tulane, Temple, Marshall and others.
Clarke is now the fourth defensive back in the Class of 2016, joining Monquavion Brinson, Will Harper and Scoop Bradshaw. SU is still in the running for four-star safety Eric Burell. In the meantime, Clarke is the 15th member of the 2016 Class for now.
