Syracuse Football Recruiting: 2016 LB Jamal Holloway Announcing on Tuesday

The three-star linebacker will choose between Syracuse, Temple, Pitt and Old Dominion.

Three-star 2016 linebacker Jamal Holloway will make his college decision on Tuesday at 1 p.m. When he does, there's a chance he might say it's the Syracuse Orange.

According to the Camden HS head coach, Holloway will be choosing between Syracuse, Temple, Pittsburgh and Old Dominion.

The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder is rated three stars by 247Sports and considered one of the top 50 defensive ends in the class (though he is being recruited as an LB). He also has offers from Michigan State, North Carolina and West Virginia, among others.

So why should Syracuse feel like their chances are good? Well, Holloway was "blown away" on his visit to campus.

"I was really impressed with how they said they’re structured on how they want to run their system. The freshmen, the sophomores, juniors and seniors, they each have their own structured way of running academics. It’s great how they can help everybody out."

Also, his high school teammate Dymelle Parker committed to play for SU a few weeks back. The two would be linebacker-mates at Syracuse, which has to enticing.

He visited Temple after the Syracuse visit (as well as Rutgers and Michigan State) and that apparently went well also.

Will Holloway make all of the SU football coaches freak out on Twitter with not-at-all-cryptic hashtags? We'll find out for sure tomorrow.
