How'd He Get Here?: He was the first to verbally commit to Syracuse. His only other offer was from Fordham. He suffered an ACL tear last year, but during his junior season, he rushed for over 1,000 yards, scored 24 touchdowns and was named a team captain.
What Did Recruiting Sites Say?: Perkins received a 3-star rating from Scout, ESPN, Rivals, and 247 Sports.
