TBT Elite 8: Boeheim's Army vs. City of Gods GameThread

Boeheim's Army, the team comprised mostly of Syracuse Orange alums, looks to continue their march to $1M glory when they take on Team City of Gods tonight at 8:00 p.m. Eastern for the right to move on to The Basketball Tournament Final Four.

The game will be broadcast live on ESPNU and also available on WatchESPN/ESPN3.

Team City of Gods GM Joe Connelly has used his connections to land five former NBA players on his roster -- Mike Sweetney, DerMarr Johnson, Xavier Silas, Pops Mensah-Bonsu and Hamady Ndiaye -- and goes two-deep at each position.

Hopefully we can add the game to what's already been a memorable run for the team. Rick Jackson is now part of the fold and he's already proven himself a worthy addition to the mix of Demetris Nichols, Eric Devendorf, Hakim Warrick, Willie Deane and the rest.

The winner will take on the winner of Dirty South vs. Overseas Elite in the Final Four (see full bracket here).
