The 2015 ACC Media Preseason Poll is out and, no big surprise, the Syracuse Orange are not expected to win the conference crown. SU finished sixth in the Atlantic Division in voting, just ahead of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.

Overall, Syracuse finished 12th in aggregate voting, ahead of Wake Forest and the Virginia Cavaliers.
The Clemson Tigers have been picked to win the Atlantic Division and the ACC overall. In overall ACC voting, Clemson received 84 votes for champion, followed by FSU (41), Georgia Tech (20), Virginia Tech (7), UNC (3), Miami (2) and NC State (1).
Three-time defending champ Florida State was picked second in the Atlantic, followed by Louisville, NC State, Boston College, SU and Wake. Clemson received the bulk of the first-place division votes (101), followed by FSU (56) and Louisville (1).
Over in the less predictable Coastal, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are the trendy pick. The received 96 first-place division votes, followed by Virginia Tech (44), Miami (7), Duke (4), North Carolina (4), Pitt (3) and Virginia (0).
Clemson sophomore quarterback DeShaun Watson was voted 2015 ACC Preseason Player of the Year. Pitt running back James Connor Georgia Tech quarterback Justin Thomas followed.
Sixth in the Atlantic sounds about right. Don't you think?
