Syracuse has been targeting more players in the state of Georgia in this 2016 class and already have a peach state commit in Safety Will Harper. Syracuse is not stopping there, however, as cornerback Monquavion Brinson released his top 10 on Tuesday which included Syracuse.

Brinson holds a 3-star rating from 247Sports and is listed as the country's 58th best corner in the 2016 class. He holds 15 offers and those include every school in his Top 10 with the exception of Auburn.
Syracuse currently hass 11 commits in the Class of 2016. While Syracuse does have two defensive backs committed in Will Harper and Scoop Bradshaw, both are expected to line up at Safety for the Orange. While the number is often debated, Syracuse has about 18 scholarship slots available for the 2016 class in order to stay within the limit of 85, but more spots may open after the 2015 season ends with player transfers and early departures for the NFL.
