Name: Kendall Moore
Hometown: Chicago, Ill.
High School: Neal F. Simeon
2014 Stats: Moore had his most memorable play in the first game of the season against Villanova where he caught the game-winning touchdown pass on a fake field goal. He had four receptions for 31 yards on the season.
2015 Projections: Moore's switching to center to help out Orange O-line depth. He's probably not at the top of the chart for playing time, but should injuries strike, he could see some more substantial time on the line. He's steadily gaining weight this offseason, which could allow him to be even more effective at the center spot.
How'd He Get Here: Moore was actually committed to Western Michigan initially, but the opportunity to play tight end is what drew Moore to play at Syracuse (so much for that...).

Money Quote: From his high school coach, Dante Culbreath, before coming to Syracuse:
"Where he ends up he can do. We used him at tackle. He could also be a real good blocking tight end."

Scott Shafer Terrel Hunt Think Of Him: "Kendall Moore, I'm proud of him for stepping in as center. He's doing a fantastic job. He's taking a leadership role because Trudo's out right now. It's next man up." Hunt said when Trudo was out and Moore had to replace him at center.
