Two more announcements ended a very busy day for Syracuse football.

Monday was a very busy day for the Syracuse Orange football staff. Earlier today, it was reported that 2017 WR Daewood Davis committed to the Orange. That would not be the only news to come today, as they landed another 2016 commit and have set a date to get a top 2016 target on campus.

2016 Camden HS (NJ) LB Dymelle Parker announced via Twitter that he would be committing to the Orange University of Syracuse. The 6-foot-2 205 pound Parker holds a 3-star rating from 247Sports and had offers from the likes of Temple, Rutgers, and Virginia. It is believed that Parker is the last LB that Syracuse will take in this class

"First I would like to thank god for blessing me with such great talent and being able to compete every day," Parker wrote in the note in which he announced his commitment. "I would like to thank the coaching staff at Camden High for helping me out and being a family to me, I came a long way. My mom is so proud of me and she stuck with me all the way. It's time to commit, it was a hard decision but I'm taking my talents to the #Cuse #TheHill by committing to the University of Syracuse."

2016 Forestview HS (Gastonia, NC) ATH Moe Neal announced yesterday that he would visit Syracuse on July 16th, shortly after the end of the recruiting dead period. Neal is being recruited by Syracuse as an H-back and is rated 3-stars by Scout.com. Syracuse is currently in Neal's top five along with Mississippi State, Boston College, Duke, and Wake Forest. It is also worth noting that he is good friends with current Syracuse RB commit Robert Washington.
