Tyus Battle has been extremely busy lately. Over the weekend, the 5-star guard officially visited Duke and Louisville.
Gary Battle, Tyus' father, told Scout.com the Louisville visit was "awesome." Tyus visited Louisville Sunday-through-Tuesday.
Before visiting Louisville, Battle was busy in Durham visiting the National Champions. A picture of Tyus posing with Jahlil Okafor, Matt Jones, Tyus Jones and Grayson Allen went viral on Twitter.
Duke received a commitment from Derryck Thornton, a top 2015 guard, on Tuesday afternoon. Thornton reclassified to 2015 and committed shortly after. Derryck's commitment may help Syracuse sway Battle towards Central New York.
Gary and Tyus Battle have kept their feelings to themselves for the most part, which has made it hard to read who truly has an advantage.
Late Tuesday night, Troy Nunes Is An Absolute Magician learned that Battle will host Jim Boeheim and the Syracuse Orange coaching staff for an in-home visit on Wednesday night. This coming two days after Syracuse conducted an in-home visit with fellow 2016 guard Kobi Simmons. Syracuse offered Simmons last week.
Jim Boeheim will have an in-home visit tomorrow night with top 2016 target Tyus Battle, a source tells @NunesMagician. #OrangeRecruiting

Despite not knowing which way Tyus is leaning, Syracuse also offered 2016 guard Alterique Gilbert on Monday night.
The recent offer-spree leads me to believe the Orange expect to regain a scholarship after appealing the NCAA sanctions, which were handed down last month.
I expect Syracuse to make up some ground they may have lost after the two official visits. I also expect the Orange to finalize Battle's official visit to Syracuse.
