The 2015 NCAA Tournament wraps up it's first week and now we can finally include the Syracuse Orange in the conversation.
Of course it's a conversation about lacrosse, but, we'll take it.
No. 1 Syracuse (6-0, 1-0) welcomes the No. 4 Duke Blue Devils (7-1, 0-0) to the Carrier Dome for a much-anticipated 12:30 p.m. ACC game on Sunday. The outcome could go a long towards not only determining lacrosse rankings but also ACC Tournament seeding. The game will be televised on ESPNU.
It's a showdown of the two best programs in college lacrosse today. SU and Duke have combined to win five of the last seven NCAA championships and rank first and second for the most wins and highest winning percentage during that span.
Our extensive preview of the game and the match ups can be found here.
Check out our Q&A with ESPN lax analyst Paul Carcaterra as well.
Keep an eye out to see if Randy Staats takes the field for the Orange. He's been questionable all week with an injury.
