The Syracuse Orange (17-10, 8-6) continue their stretch of five top-20 foes in six games when they travel to South Bend to take on the No. 9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (24-4, 12-3). The game will be televised on The ACC Network and tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. EST.

Syracuse leads the all-time series with Notre Dame, 26-19, and has won five of the last six games with the Fighting Irish. The Irish have won three of the last four in South Bend.

Notre Dame ranks second among Division I schools in field goal percentage (.513) and 10th in scoring offense (79.8). The Irish feature a balanced attack with four players averaging in double digits -- Senior guard Jerian Grant (17.0 PPG), senior forward Pat Connaughton (13.1 PPG), junior forward Zach Auguste (12.7 PPG) and sophomore guard Demetrius Jackson (12.5 PPG).

Meanwhile, Rakeem Christmas needs only four points to hit the 1,000 mark for his SU career, making him the 59th player to do so. Michael Gbinije will also try to maintain his pace of three-pointers, which currently has him No. 1 in the ACC. Trevor Cooney may or may play as he's been limited by a back issue in recent games.
