Michael Carter-Williams and Tyler Ennis just missed out on playing together as members of the Syracuse Orange. They'll get a belated chance to be actual teammates now that they're both members of the Milwaukee Bucks.
Both former Orange were involved in an NBA Trade Deadline move that shipped them both to sunny Wisconsin.
Sources: As part of Brandon Knight trade, Milwaukee gets Michael Carter-Williams, Tyler Ennis and Miles Plumlee.

Sixers went from taking on Isaiah Thomas in three-team deal with Milwaukee and Phoenix to letting Suns send him to Boston instead

Suns recently offered Dragic for Brandon Knight. Bucks said no. Now Bucks get the guys they wanted all along -- MCW and Ennis -- for Knight

The Sixers continue their quest to relegate themselves to the NCAA while the Suns apparently wanted to clear their bloating guard rotation and were willing to let go on Ennis rather than keep developing him.
To say the move came out of nowhere would be an understatement. We certainly didn't see it coming here at TNIAAM:
And MCW himself didn't even see it coming...
I can't lie I'm shocked. I love this city thank you for everything. I can honestly say I gave it my all. I wish Philly nothing but the best

Meanwhile, we're still not sure if this is the extent of the fallout. Is Jerami Grant still on the Sixers? Even his brother isn't sure...
Is my brother still on the Sixers?!?!

We'll wait to see what else shakes out but in the meantime, feel free to burn that Sixers and Suns gear and get ready to pledge allegiance to the Bucks.
