We've got a nice little afternoon lined up here for Syracuse Athletics.

First, the No. 14 Syracuse Orange (6-1) look to get back to their winning ways against something called the Georgetown Hoyas (3-3).

You may have heard of them. The two squads have met 90 times previously and Syracuse owns a slim 49-41 margin in the all-time series, including the last meeting in Big East history.

It's also going to officially be Mike Hopkins' first full game in the role of head coach for the SU basketball program. Quite the way to kick things off.

The game tips at 1:00 p.m. at the Verizon Center and will be televised on Fox with Tim Brando and Jim Jackson on the call.

We've got a ton of content on the game and the rivalry right over here so make sure you check it all out and get prepped.

Meanwhile, the No. 6 Syracuse men's soccer squad hosts the Boston College Eagles in the quarterfinals of the 2015 NCAA Men's Soccer Tourney. Start time is set for 2:00 p.m. at SU Soccer Stadium with a shot in the national semifinals (a.k.a. The College Cup) on the line.

The match will be streamed live on Cuse TV on Cuse.com for free.

We had a Q&A with BC soccer folks earlier in the week that should get you prepped.
