B1G/ACC Challenge: No. 14 Syracuse Orange (6-0) vs. Wisconsin Badgers (4-3) GameThread

The No. 14 Syracuse Orange put that newly-minted ranking on the line as they host the Wisconsin Badgers (4-3) in the Carrier Dome Wednesday evening as part of the B1G/ACC Challenge.

The game tips at 7:15 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN. Dave Pasch (yes!), Jim Calhoun (no!) and Andy Katz (disloyal!) are on the call.

The Orange are coming off their 2015 Battle 4 Atlantis championship run while Wisconsin is smarting following a 65-48 loss to Oklahoma over the weekend. SU is trying to rebound from last year's loss to Michigan in the Challenge. SU defeated Indiana in the Dome the year before.

The Orange and the Badgers have met three times previously. Syracuse owns a 2-1 series advantage with wins in 1999-00 (68-49) and 2011-12 (64-63). Wisconsin won the first meeting, 31-24, on Jan. 3, 1927.
