Syracuse Football: Orange Matchup With Clemson Set For 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC/ESPN2

Last Monday, we were in wait-and-see mode on kickoff time and broadcast details for the Syracuse's game against Clemson. After yesterday's contests, we now know our fate.

The Syracuse Orange (3-6, 1-4) will host the top-ranked Clemson Tigers (9-0, 6-0) at the Carrier Dome at 3:30 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on ABC or ESPN2, depending on your market. Apparently people want to see this game? Bless your heart.

You already know what's at stake here, so no need to go over it in detail once again. SU needs to win out if they want to make a bowl game. And no, they're not going to make a bowl even at 5-7.

Clemson Hate Week, always a rousing seven days of vitriol and preying on Tiger fans insecurities, is likely to be subdued given, well.. what's been going on here. And over there. Still, we'll try to have a good time with it all in the lead-up since the game itself is unlikely to go too well.

For those that are wondering where the other ACC games ended up, Pittsburgh at Duke is a nooner on ESPNews. NC State and Florida State got relegated to the ACC Network at 12:30 p.m. Miami at North Carolina gets the 3:30 p.m. slot on ESPNU. So I was 0-for-4 on my guesses. "Bummer."
