The Syracuse Orange (5-0) have a chance to win yet another early season tournament outside of the borders of the Continental United States but they'll have to get past the streaking Texas A&M Aggies (6-0) for the 2015 Battle 4 Atlantis championship.
The game tips at 3:00 p.m. at Imperial Arena at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. The game will be televised on ESPN and ESPN3. You can find it on the radio wherever the Syracuse IMG Network is carried.
Syracuse got here by shooting the lights out against Charlotte on Wednesday and then surviving in a classic battle vs. UConn yesterday. All the while freshman Tyler Lydon has emerged as the team's breakout star while coming off the bench. Of course, that Michael Gbinije guy hasn't been too shabby either.
The Orange and Aggies have only met once, the 2006 NCAA Tournament. Gerry's magical run through the Big East Tournament took too much out of the squad and 12-seed TAMU upset 5-seed Syracuse in the first round. Get more history info as well as background on the coach and top players right here.
The TNIAAM crew is split on how this one is gonna go. What do you think?
