Syracuse Football: Orange at Virginia Kickoff Set for 3:30 p.m. ET on RSN

The ACC has gone ahead and announced game times for next weekend (October 17), and the Syracuse Orange will be facing the Virginia Cavaliers at 3:30 p.m. ET. SU's trip down to Charlottesville, Va. will appear on your local RSN.

After starting the year with a Friday night game and three nooners, the Orange schedule has shifted to two straight mid-afternoon kickoffs. Not sure if that has anything to do with the promising 3-1 start for Syracuse, but tailgaters are surely pleased by the development in any case.

Syracuse is 2-1 all-time against UVa, with this being the schools' first meeting since the Orange joined the ACC back in 2013. SU lost the most recent game between the teams -- a 27-24 contest back in 2005 -- but won the first two (6-3 in 1977 and 37-0 in 1975).

Plenty more to come on this matchup over the next couple weeks. But for now, at least you know what time you'll be watching your Orange.
