Tim Lester was a busy man while the Syracuse Orange had their bye week. In addition to watching Zack Weatherly of Christ Presbyterian Academy (TN) conduct a throwing session this week, Lester stopped into Zachary High School in Louisiana to watch Lindsey Scott throw as well.

Scott is a 6'0" 205 lbs. dual threat QB who is rated three-stars and ranked the 29th best dual-threat QB in the country, according to Stephen Bailey. Scott boasts twelve scholarship offers including Army, Air Force, Harvard, Navy and Louisiana-Monroe.

According to his Hudl page, Scott runs a sub 4.5 40 yard dash. He used that speed to rush for 965 yards and 15 TDs in his junior year, while also throwing for over 2,200 yards and 24 TDs through the air and only eight interceptions. Syracuse continues to look to fill its last QB spot for 2016 and Scott remains on the radar, as well SMU commit David Moore, and Tennessee-Chattanooga commit Zack Weatherly.
