According to Scout's National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn, Clark has narrowed down his choice of school to the Pittsburgh Panthers and the Syracuse Orange. Clark was a five-star TE and ranked the #1 TE overall in the 2015 class.when he committed to UCLA after de-committing from Michigan after Brady Hoke was fired. However, after just one game at UCLA, Clark decided that the West Coast wasn't for him.
Clark originally listed Virginia and North Carolina State as other potential schools he could transfer to and had been planning visits to. However, it appears Clark has eliminated those options, most likely because they are too far from home.
Clark is currently scheduled to visit Syracuse this weekend and Pittsburgh next weekend. A decision about where he will transfer is expected soon after the visit to Pittsburgh. Syracuse has a need at tight end, however it's unclear if Clark would have to sit out all of 2016 or just a portion of it, depending on when he enrolls at his new school.
