Name: Brandon Reddish
Position: Cornerback
Year: Senior
Height: 5'11''
Weight:178
Hometown: Brooklyn, NY
High School: Fort Hamilton
2013 Stats: Played in 12 games, starting seven of them. He garnered 36 total tackles (26 unassisted) and forced one fumble.
2014 Projections: Reddish and Julian Whigham are in line to be the starting corners this season, though they've got some stiff competition behind them. Injuries have come and gone for the speedster but he's about as dependable a player as we have on the squad, playing in every game since he was a freshman. He did spent the spring dealing with injuries, however.
How'd He Get Here?: Reddish was a highly recruited player out of the New York City area, as he was given scholarship offers to Maryland, UConn, Penn State, Rutgers and West Virginia. In the end, it came down to Penn State and Syracuse, and we won!!
What'd Scout/Rivals Say?: Reddish was a three-star recruit, according to Scout and Rivals. Coming out of high school, Reddish was a wide out, which caught 30 passes for 763 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior and was named a Class AA First-Team as a senior.
Money Quote: "The best gift I have ever given someone (my mother) was coming to college on a full scholarship. It was the best gift because my mom doesn’t have to pay for college."

Interesting Nugget O'Interest: Reddish was a star WR in high school, notably catching a big touchdown pass from Terrel Hunt in the 2011 Upstate/Downstate Game.
