Name: Keith Mitsuuchi
Position: Long Snapper
Year: Junior
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 223
Hometown: Torrance, Calif.
High School: South Torrance High School/Los Angeles Harbor College
2013 Stats: Seamus appeared in one game (Wagner).
2014 Projections: He's behind Sam Rodgers on the depth chart, so I don't believe he'll be playing a whole lot. He'll be competing with Maryland transfer Nathan Hines in 2015, though.
How'd He Get Here: He's a walk-on JUCO transfer from Los Angeles Harbor College. So that weather transition must have been unpleasant (I know the opposite was very pleasant for me).
What'd Recruiting Sites Say: No offers from other schools, so nothing from the recruiting sites.
Money Quote: Keith showed some love to Syracuse's academic reputation when he enrolled early in 2013:
"This is a great academic institution here, and I guess that kind of spurred me. Football, it’s great. But in the end you’re trying to get a degree for later on in life."
Links Of Wonder: Syracuse.com's Nate Mink believes Mitsuuchi should be first in line for the starting long snapper job come next season.
Twitterfeed: He has one, but it's locked... (smart)
Tweets Of Wonder: Here's Keith delivering some gifts at a children's hospital this past holiday season:

What Does Shafer Think Of Him: Something, I'm sure. But whatever that something is, it's not in print.
Interesting Nugget O'Interest: Keith's from Torrance, which is in the greater Los Angeles area. You should totally check out Torrance's Smog City Brewing Company if you ever happen to visit (and I'll be happy to grab a beer with you there, too, as it's a local favorite).
Let's Get A Good Look Atcha: Keith has some highlights on Hudl, which you can take a gander at. Most of which are from when he played tight end and defensive end back in California.
